Bert's Rooms and Events
I can't recommend the Blackhorse Inn at Clifton and Bert's Rooms and Events enough. After all, I got married there myself! We were looking for a more intimate, personal venue, where we didn't feel like a wedding on a conveyor belt of marriages.
In the lead up to the wedding Lydia was always on hand to answer our questions. We wanted something a little out of the ordinary and this was no problem at all. On the day everything ran smoothly and we were able to relax and have an amazing day celebrating with our friends and family.
My style of photography is to put couples and their guests at the heart of everything I do. I'm friendly and laid back and I like to get to know couples a little before the big day. So that on the day you feel relaxed too!
I love to work with couples who are about the celebration with friends and family. I especially enjoy getting candid shots of guest when I can.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to photograph all kinds of weddings at the Blackhorse. I have shot afternoon celebrations, evening celebrations, celebrations in rain, wind, sun and snow. What always strikes me, is that, whatever the British weather throws at us, however long or short the celebration and however large or small the guest list, it always feels like wonderful day.

A Legacy of Memories
Your wedding day is made up of so many details and moments that, at the time, pass by in a heartbeat. The choices you made, the people beside you, the laughter, the quiet moments, and all the things you’ll want to remember long after the day has passed. Your photographs are there to hold on to those memories — not simply how your wedding looked, but how it felt. With time, they'll become something more: photographs to return to, to share with your children, and one day, perhaps, with their children too.
