Woodland walk
As we set off into the woodlands near Tom and Faye's house, I couldn't resist a few quick snaps of Faye giving their gorgeous daughter Marla a piggyback ride. Their son, Leo, was walking ahead with my daughter scoping out opportunities for adventure and exploration as we rounded the corner of the houses and headed into the countryside. We paused for a family photo on the branch of a fallen tree and then worked our way round the pond at the Holme Vally Caravan park. We then headed through the woods to the fairy tree near the river behind their house for the children to get excited about all the toys and little items that are there. Finally we went back home for a further brief play with a cardboard box. For anyone under 5 this was surely a top day out!!
