Jodan and Ben
As the temperatures began to sore earlier in the summer, Jodan and Ben and all the staff at Waterton Park were praying for cooler weather for their celebreations as the weekend approached. Thier prayers were heard and the weather on Saturday 15th July was just right for any wedding! Slightly over cast for much of the day, but warm with a slight breeze, in a summer of soring temperatures and a conuty of unpredictable summers: it couldn't have been better!
Waterton Park was a stunning venue and I cant speak highly enough of the staff. Although I first tried to bust into the golf club down the road, if you follow the lane to the end there is a stunning eighteenth century house on an island set in its own grounds in its own lake. The room where the couple got married and had the wedding breakfast looked fantastic combining the decor of the house and adding some beautiful touchs for the wedding with lots of natural light. There was a great atmosphere in the room where Jodan and her wedding party were getting married. It was also filled with natural light and together with the jokes and the fizz made for some terific photos. During the ceremony, there was laughter and Jordan had a few tears, the couple said their vows and they were married! We hurried off over the bridge for the confetti shot and then back to the garden for drinks and a delicous buffet. The couple had a wonderful pork pie cake, but for health and saftey reasons we did a cake cut shot as they walked in the room. Afterwards we got some lovely couples shots in the grounds and a shot of the groom with his grooms men. The first dance came round quickly, and it was still light outside as the couple took to the dance floor. They invited their friends and family to join them, but the happy couple continued to smooch together, enjoying the wonderful moment of being in each others arms surrounded by their loved ones.
