Becky and dean
It was a beautiful day in early spring for this really wonderful wedding between Becky and Dean. The sun was shining as the bride was getting ready and the guests were arriving for this wedding at Briar Court Hotel. Dean arrived with his children and we got some quick snaps of him with his son sorting out the wedding rings and his son climbing into the boot of their car.
This is a lovely venue. The room where the bride was getting ready was spacious with plenty of light so I got some nice bridal prep shots. The guests arrived and had a drink in the welcoming hotel bar. The main room where the wedding took place is tastefully decorated. We did our group photos in the grassy bit at the back. Although there is little outdoor space, they make the most of what they have with a great pagoda which helped with the photos. The meal looked delicious and the room looked stunning. After the meal I managed to grab 10 more minutes with the couple for a twilight shot. The party then started up and after cake cutting and first dance I left the couple and their guests trowing shapes on the dance floor. There really were some very snazzy dancers!!
What a lovely day. Hope they had as much fun as me!
